This place is located in a beautiful area close to many scenic sites, with plenty of activities nearby and a cozy room with a comfortable bed and a mini-bar.

Location: the hotel was really close to the greenery, Genting Sky Avenue and the basic restaurant. Furthermore, in the Bentong hills. The breakfast was delicious and tasty with awesome taste, and all the food was excellent.

The room looked really nice and had just been renovated, and it had a lovely view of the mountains nearby. 🏞️

Friendly and professional staff. Well maintained facilities. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Very good French restaurant.

Not much choices for food. Have to go to Colmar Tropicale for some of the meal.

Find the staff to be below expectation. It is a 5-star hotel that raves about service but dont see that. A lot of the staff are either snobs or downright sarcastic in their response. Not right for this industry in my professional opinion.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic in every respect. Had consistently courteous staff with amazing service. - the location of the property was secluded, near the mountains and the natural beauty of hills, flowers, and plants.

They made me feel comfortable more than I expected and I am very glad to choose this hotel as a part of my honeymoon trip and honestly it was the best part of it. A very highly recommanded hotel and am sure that I will vist it back.

I hope they do fix a W/C pipe for washing after doing our stuff.

This place is beautiful, located close to nature and surrounded by lush tropical forests.

Clean hotel, exceptional team members at a place to meet their manager. The breakfast was splendid, the room was huge and recently refurbished. A resort area, gorgeous and marvellous location very close to the Chetau's restaurant, and many more restaurant. About 5 minutes walk from a french-themed village.

The room was clean and comfy, with a lovely smell. The staff were personal and friendly, with exceptional service. Greeted with a free drink and a tour of the place. Spa was sublime and food was magic. Highly recommended for relaxation.

I want to thank all the stuff there who made our holiday just amazing. They were so friendly & helpful. I liked the quiet of place & I'm sure I'm going back to it.

I just wish if there were a hoses in the bathrooms, but the whole hotel is designed as European style. The rest is just amazing.
